Due to the efforts exerted by the school head , teachers, students and parents, Bataan National High School received several awards not only in the division level but also in the regional level which qualified some of the students in the national competitions like the National Schools Press
Conference (NSPC) and the PSYSC Science Olympiad.
With the average of 76.20% in the RAT for School Year 2008-2009, it increased by 9.52% although there is one learning area that turned negative compared with School Year 2007-2008 average of 66.68%.
On the other hand the number of dropouts continuously decrease as teachers and parents join hands to stop students from dropping outs through follow-ups , home visitations , increased time on task and guidance and counseling.
Although this achievement gained is not yet remarkable , it inspired everyone to be more innovative , creative and committed to pursue not only the academic, physical, and moral aspects of learning but also the social and cultural aspects in line with the City’s quest to achieve a World Class University Town by 2020.
